Are you interested in Calisthenics. Do you want to build muscle, get stronger and learn calisthenics skills? If so, the Calisthenics Camp training plan is the one for you.
Since I started training Calisthenics, I have learned many skills, built an unbelieavable amount strength and built an aesthetic physique. In this training program, I provide you all the resources you need to make amazing gains.
Are you a beginner, intermediate or advanced? This program provides training for all levels. Along with over 70 videos, you will recieve well over 2 years of structured training. 4 of these training plans are 12 week structured training plans, aimed at the goals of strength and muscle. You will also recieve 4 more skill training plans, to help you learn the Handstand Push Up, Muscle Up, One Arm Pull Up and Front Lever.
This training Program is all inclusive and facilitates people of all strengths. Howerver within the program there are different routines, such Gravity Chamber, Leverage or the One Arm Pull Up Guide that do have an intermediate to advanced strength requirement.
All you need to get started with this program is a pull up bar and a dip bar.
There is over 2 years of training routines included. Along with a fountain of knowledge that can help you to create your own training plan tailore to your own specific needs and desires.
You can play other sports alongside using the training plans. However, you must use your own discernment in ensuring you are recovering between sessions, when playing a sport on top of doing this training.
