Along with over 70 videos, you will recieve well over 2 years of structured training. 4 of these training plans are 12 week structured training plans, aimed at the goals of strength and muscle. Using Calisthenics (bodyweight) exercises with the adaptations to accommodate a Beginner in training, this program will get you to your goals with as little equipment as possible.


    All you need to build an amazing physique is resistance. And with this 12 week program, through use of different bodyweight exercises you will be able to reach your goal.

  • Cali-sthetics

    Want to build an amazing physique without the need for a gym? If so, this Cali-thetics training plan is the one for you. Merging Calisthenics (bodyweight) training with the goal of achieving a strong Aesthetic appearance, this program will get you to your goals with as little equipment as possible.


    All you need to build an amazing physique is resistance. And with this 12 week program, through use of different bodyweight exercises you will be able to reach your goal.

  • Gravity Chamber

    Want to get stronger and build muscle with Calisthenics? If so, this Gravity Chamber training plan is the one for you. Using Calisthenics with additional Weight, you can start to overload your muscles and see great results.


    All you need to build an amazing physique is resistance. And with this 12 week program, through use of different Weighted Calisthenics exercises, you will be able to progress your training.

  • Leverage

    Want to get insanely strong without the need for a gym? If so, the Leverage training plan is the one for you. By fully utilising your full bodyweight, you can continuously apply progressive overload to your training.


    All you need to get stronger is progressive overload. With this 12 week program, you will be able to make tons of strength gains.

Skill Training Guides

  • Handstand

    Want to learn the Handstand? Would you like to be able to do Handstand Push Ups? If so, the Fool Proof Guide To The Handstand Push Up is the program for you. All you need in order to master the handstand push is 16 weeks. 8 weeks for the handstand and 8 weeks for the handstand push up.

  • Muscle Up

    Would you like to be able to do Muscle Ups? If so, the Fool Proof Guide To The Muscle Up is the program for you. All you need in order to master the muscle up is 12 weeks.

  • One Arm Pull Up

    Would you like to be able to do One Arm Pull Ups? If so, the Fool Proof Guide To The One Arm Pull Up is the program for you. All you need in order to master the One Arm Pull Up is 30 weeks. 15 Weeks for the one arm chin up and another 15 weeks for the one arm pull up.
